Preppy winter shoe help? Ok so im considered one of the more "preppy" boys in my school, and live in a middle to upper class area. And winters about rolling around, ( i live in ohio, so the weather does get pretty cold and snowy ), and i need to know what's considered a good "preppy" boy winter shoe? I have about 15 different pairs of shoes all the way from mocassins to jordan basketball shoes to hollister flip flops, to jordan slides, or nike shox, and lacoste boat shoes. I find ive been wearing my lacoste shoes a lot recently, but i'd like a decent shoe thats of a neutral color that i could wear with alot of things to school, i mainly wear hollister and abercrombie. but i do have some J. Crew and Banana Republic stuff. any help is much appreciated. links are a major ++++

I have a bunch of (girls) shoes from there, and they are really good quality for the price. MacAlister Boots Red Wing Boots (expensive, but really cool once they're worn in, my dad has a pair I got him for xmas, and I looove them) Last of all Jack Purcells. They have them at J.Crew, Martin and Osa, and on the Converse website. They are for girls and guys, and I have 3 pairs that I love. They are great preppy sneaker."

How do i dress for a college cocktail party? I am very preppy student. I usually wear boat shoes, khakis, and some sort of designer polo. I am not in a fraternity, so i have not been to a formal in a while. On Friday, my friend invited me to a college cocktail party. I have never been too one and i don't know what where. There is going to be a lot of alcohol, so i don't want to wear that expensive clothing. Do i need to wear a blazer with a tie? Do i wear a suit, i have no idea.

But a nice Blazer over a dress shirt and Jeans wouldn't hurt, and that should be the limit, don't try to go further than that. Since its a college party, I would say you wouldn't have to look too dressed, so a contemporary/casual look would be enough."

I am growing my hair out and need a preppy hat.? Okay so I am growing my hair out and it looks dumb right now since it's in the in between stages. My style is 100 percent prep. Nerdy or Preppy?????????? I thought of ditching my jeans for khakis, and my t shirts for polos/button down shirts, and my sneakers for boat shoes, but would that be deemed more preppy or just nerdy?
